Stark Enterprises was founded by Mr Patrick J. Phipps Bsc (Hons). A decade of experience in the international real estate industry highlighted the need for a company which is client rather than developer focused. The company’s aim is to foster long-term relationships with both agencies and developers, by consistently bringing products at below market price through the practice of small margins and bulk transactions.
Before Stark Enterprises is involved in a project, extensive market research is conducted to ascertain the client’s profit potential over both the short and long-term. This research encompasses the country, area, rental returns, growth, security, financing, price comparison, resale potential, economic influences, taxes and any other mitigating circumstances.
Once this research is completed and Stark Enterprises is satisfied with the suitability of the project for our investors, a third party lawyer is then employed to conduct a full due diligence before any purchases are permitted. This allows Stark Enterprises to offer all of their products with complete confidence.
Stark Enterprises negotiates directly with developers, and through their extensive network of retail agents are able to supply investment opportunities previously only available to large investment groups.
Predominantly focused on distributing these products through their extensive global agency network, Stark Enterprises also offers these opportunities to their exclusive individual investors.
